Do you want to do a project as an owner builder??

This is a job that Open Water have recently completed in Loftus to lock up stage.

We completed all the structural aspects of the job, Windows, cladding, roof and garage. The owners then completed the interior to keep the contract price down.

At Open Water Constructions we are happy to work in with the client in situations similar to this.
